Civilian Car (Apocalypse)
While most people use the people tubes to get around, some citizens can afford the luxury of a private car.
Cult of Sirius employs several civilian cars and these can be seen moving around the city on many occasions. Obviously the religious leaders are putting their followers money to "constructive" use.
When engaging civilians cars, for one reason or another, use low-powered weapons like small laser cannons to prevent extensive damage to the transport network, especially bridges and nearby people tubes.
