The Megapol Lawpistol is Apocalypse's basic pistol weapon. Like its [[Pistol|counterpart]] in EU, the Lawpistol is fairly potent - it does more damage per shot than the [[Marsec M4000 Machine Gun]] - but has a small clip size.
 
In real-time mode, the Lawpistol is one of the better starting weapons, as it has a high ROF and can be dual-wielded with no loss of accuracy; only the [[Megapol Auto Cannon|Auto Cannon]] loaded with HE rounds has better on-target DPS. The main caveat on its use is the scarcity of its ammunition, which prevents the player from simply handing them out to the whole squad. Do remember that the Lawpistol ''will'' lose accuracy if the other hand contains a two-handed weapon.

A basic one-hand weapon used as a backup due to its small ammunition capacity and stock levels available on the market. It should be used by weaker agents or those who use launchers as primary weapons. Dual wielded weapons is not very useful due to needing so much space to carry the low capacity ammunition.
