The Plasma Multi-System is a series of connected plasma turrets designed to provide all round fire power. This weapon is ideally suited to installation in larger, less maneuverable craft.  From: Apocalypse Ufopaedia

This Elerium based weapon is ideal for slow turning, large vehicles which do not have a combat orientated role.
The weapon's power is weaker than the Rendor and due to its shape, will take up a weapon slot which are better suited for stronger guns or missiles. The ideal vehicle is the Hawk Air Warrior when used as a troop-transport.

Loadout Error: UFOPaedia picture shows the multi-system installed inside a Police Hovercar. This is not possible.
