The Stormdog is the basic road vehicle, essentially a military variant of the Civilian Car. While it can equip anti-aircraft weapons, its susceptibility to damage (especially if the road beneath it is destroyed) limits its usefulness for combat. Its role is mainly limited to transporting small squads of up to 4 agents around the city in style. Useful for patrolling buildings after a multi-drop terror incursion. It is usually deprecated in favour of airborne transports.
A basic military variant of the unarmed Civilian Car. It is ideal to transport a small squad but any equipment from the mission must be picked and carried due to no available space for a Cargo module.
The Stormdog's engine can be upgraded up to the Metro Turbograv and it also possesses a small equipment slot, enough to fit a Medium Weapons Control system. Unfortunately, it is too small to mount a Cargo Module or Bio-Transport Module, further limiting its utility.

Stormdogs can be exploited in a "chop shop" fashion to make a good amount of money from the AirGuard's initial supply of free ammo. Removing the weapon will unload the ammunition, which is worth $4800 of profit at base price. Stripping the 6 Stormdogs available in the first week will net a cool ~$29K in additional money, a great boon during the early penny pinching days. This process can be repeated every week for an extra burst of cash, although the profit will diminish as ammo prices decrease.
