The Stormdog is the basic road vehicle, essentially a military variant of the [[Civilian Car (Apocalypse)|Civilian Car]]. While it can equip anti-aircraft weapons, its susceptibility to damage (especially if the road beneath it is destroyed) limits its usefulness for combat. Its role is mainly limited to transporting small squads of up to 4 agents around the city in style. Useful for patrolling buildings after a multi-drop terror incursion. It is usually deprecated in favour of airborne transports.
A basic military variant of the unarmed [[Civilian Car (Apocalypse)|Civilian Car]]. It is ideal to transport a small squad but any equipment from the mission must be picked and carried due to no available space for a Cargo module.
Stormdogs can be exploited in a "chop shop" fashion to make a good amount of money early in the game while the resale value of its components are still high. In particular from the ammunition in the AirGuard Anti-Air cannon, which has a resale value of $4800.

For example, buy 6 Stormdogs, strip them, and sell the components to net a cool ~$29K in additional money.
The negative impact of using Stormdogs this way is that you will likely hit the weekly vehicle limit faster and resale value of each of the individual components will drop gradually until this no longer brings in a profit.
