This template should be inserted at the top of Enemy Unknown (2012) or Long War pages, preferably before the table of contents, to indicate that the page is sorely in need of a rewrite due to the information being outdated, incoherent, full of language errors or is constructed in a discussion format.
Note: Because of the nature of wiki articles, almost every article will be perpetually under revision, so please do not insert this in every page. Use this only on pages that absolutely need to be rewritten.
