  • Basic combat armor for XCOM soldiers. Not able to hold up under sustained fire, but will allow you to take a shot or two. All soldiers start with this, if they have nothing else equipped.
  • The Body Armor is equipped in the armor slot, and boosts wearer health by one point. You have unlimited stores.
  • It is highly recommended to upgrade to Carapace Armor as quickly as possible.
