Shelter (Chimera)

Shelter is a human psion. When his powers manifested, he was taken from a resettlement camp to an ADVENT research facility where they forced him to use his abilities to harm others. He ultimately fled their control and joined X-COM.

Shelter has psionic abilities more focused on support, contrasting with Verge's more aggressive psionic abilities.
