there is no current Reticulan Elder picture in the game resources available (well, the one in the ingame Bootypedia is a piece of quirky fanart (nsfw). I'll either just sub in "image not available", the generic sectoid pic, or maybe get artistic and give a sectoid a fu manchu or something.
