The Bureau's iteration of the Laser Rifle, most Outsiders will carry this gun, until they become phased out with the Pulse Laser Rifle.

It can be first acquired in the first set of Minor Operations, such as in the last area of Codebreakers.

It's firing rate is similar to that of the M14.
