Extraction vs recovery

Pretty sure its Data Extraction. On a Data Recovery, the Operative is just useful for hacking relays to help. In Extraction, he's required to hack relays to get information and then get to the evac; if he's bleeding out somewhere, he's not going to be hacking relays or running to the evac zone.
