HP Items on covert operatives

I've used Chitin Plating on a covert operative and had them deploy with the bonus. Would like further confirmation for or against the HP bonus counting. (I used a Colonel Sniper(9HP) with NanoFiber Vest and Chitin Plating, who deployed to the field with a total of 15 HP during the Covert Ops missions). Arrow Quivershaft 20:59, 6 December 2013 (EST)
