Superior to Magnetic Ion Armour? The front plate is definitively weaker, and it lacks the MIA's 10% resistance to Sonic weaponry making the back pretty close to even. It's a little iffy. Magic9mushroom 06:45, 6 March 2012 (EST)

Depends on how you look at it. The Magnetic Ion Armor does do better from the front, but as a whole the displacer does have 130 all-round armour, which does offer better overall protection. -NKF 12:14, 6 March 2012 (EST)
