A Thermal Power Generator.

Each Thermal Power Generator improves the base's power supply by 20 points. However, Thermal Power Generators can only be built on Steam Vents.

Adjacency bonus: Each adjacent Power Generator(of any type) increases power supply by an extra 2 points.
