The Psionic Labs are a facility in XCOM 2 dedicated to creating and training rookies into Psi Operative (XCOM2). The Psi labs work by having a psi operative or recruit spend time training inside of the labs to gain new psi abilities. The training time can be decreased by staffing an Engineer.
