The Resistance Ring is a facility introduced in War of the Chosen that is used to communicate with the resistance factions to initiate Covert Actions and use Resistance Orders. An engineer can be staffed in the resistance ring to decrease covert operation time by 33%. The Facility can be upgraded twice to increase the wildcard resistance order capacity for XCOM. The resistance ring must be built to progress the story line.,
