Build Quickly:
Time to Build: 11 Days (? days with Advanced Construction)
Requirements: 4 Power, 10 Engineers, $300, 10x Meld
Maintenance: $30 every month
Notes: Each workshop adds 5 engineers to our staff.
Adjacency Bonus: +5% refund on resources when building vehicles, foundry projects and facilities.
