Similar in build to the M79 grenade launcher (think: Terminator 2, the gun Arnold uses to blow open the T-1000 at the end), this rear-loading Plasma artillery weapon launches 3 explosive rounds that speed at a detected target. It has a very low accuracy, so naturally it is best suited for unaware or large targets, and with 9 rounds total, that leaves you with only 3 uses for a fully-loaded Blaster: make them count.
With a Pack that boosts clip & carry capacity, the Launcher can have a max clip size of 4, and 8 additional shells, but the fully-loaded shot will still only be 3 (then, unless reloaded manually, a 1-shell shot).
