The Officer Training School is a facility in the X-COM base, were you can buy 'tactics' that improves your strike team. Some tactics require you to a soldier reach a particular rank in order to unlock it.

Unconfirmed Information

- There is an upgrade that "Automatically promotes rookies to squaddie rank" as mentioned in the preview video from gametrailers.com. and it is theorized that this is the "New Guy" tactic.

- Cost of Tactics and prerequisites may adjust depending on the difficulty level.
