Battlescape terrain blocks (.MAP files) are combined in a semi-random fashion to create each battlefield your soldiers fight in.
The following MAPs are used by the game to create a map for a terror mission.
ROADS & OPEN GROUND TILES
All tiles, except those with the street lights, are one level. It's not hard to imagine how levels 1 and 2 appear on the tiles with the street lights.
