An extremely accurate weapon used at long range to attack hostiles that cannot easily retaliate. The firing rate will limit it usefulness to long range supporting fire only. Close combat situations are not ideal but may be useful if dual wielded. It is best used from high elevations with unobstructed views of the battlescape. Conservative stock levels of ammunition may not be an issue since only a select few of accurate agents should use this weapon.
