Mission names consist of a two-word codename, with each word being randomly chosen from an adjective and a noun. The only exceptions are the Tutorial mission (Devil's Moon), the storyline's final Temple Ship mission, which is called Avenger and the Base Defence Mission released with the Enemy Within DLC which is called Operation Ashes and Temples.
