In addition to Weapons and Armor, each soldier may equip and additional item. These items are slot-specific and may vary in function; some have related upgrades in the Foundry.

- Arc Thrower
- Alien Grenade
- Nano-Fiber Vest
- Chitin Plating
- Mind Shield
- S.C.O.P.E.
- Medikit
- Combat Stims
