Masochistic

Please, explain the last paragraph "... and for the masochist". If I arrive at Cydonia with 1 Psi-Amp & 1 Soldier - I'll get 200+ TU? ~ InVitro 00:59, 22 June 2012 (EDT)

Who ever wrote that paragraph was working off an old copy of the game that did not have the stat caps, so TUs could go all the way up to 200. That doesn't seem very masochistic at all.
