So say a weapon rated at 100 damage hits a target and rolls 4 damage, all of which the armor eats... That means no stun can be dealt, right? | |||

So say a weapon rated at 100 damage hits a target and rolls 4 damage, all of which the armor eats... That means no stun can be dealt, right?
