Available through interrogation?

Restoring Content via mod?
It's not a big deal, but has anyone one thought or tried to add this back into the game, even if it's just as a rare artifact bonus? Given it's huge impact in the plot/mechanics of the thrid game, this'd be a nice touch. --USSMariner 01:06, 23 October 2012 (EDT)
