If the government terminates funding, funding goes to 0. Anything multiplied by 0 is still 0, so even if you get 12801 score and that's a +25% increase, 125% of 0 is still 0. I've read that the decision to terminate funding is irreversible, even if the Government reconciles with X-COM. Can anybody confirm this? Darkpast (talk) 20:08, 22 March 2022 (CET)

If the government terminates funding, funding goes to 0. Anything multiplied by 0 is still 0, so even if you get 12801 score and that's a +25% increase, 125% of 0 is still 0. On that note, if the government goes VERY BANKRUPT, and reduces X-com funding to 0, this is also irreversible.
