Though this is why on some games I've played where X-COM goes down to having only one funding nation left on board(usually Russia, which is extraordinarly hard for the aliens to infiltrate due to the number of globe areas it covers), I figure that after Cydonia is done there ends up being only 1 global government left. 	I don't think so. I lost China to a pact and wiped out the base on their soil. After some months, I went into the Funding screen and noticed that I keep getting money from them. Their Funding row should be zero, yet it is $480,000 with zero change. I have had eight months in a row, all with Excellent rating.
