The main article here is a bit vague. Is there a % Hit chance attached to the action, like there is with a firearm? Is the Melee Accuracy stat used? Is the weapon stat multiplied by the Accuracy stat, as per normal? Or is it just an automatic hit, every time, like the Stun Rod in XCOM Enemy Unknown?
