	:I'm not sure but I think it was like 1.1 or 1.2 more human recruits if you are at least friendly with them. There is of course only empirical "proof" of this so far, along with how S.E.L.F and Mutant Alliance do increase on their available recruits if friendly/allied. Someone would have to look deeper into he UFO2P.exe / UFO2P4.exe to see where the values for weekly available recruits are and what they are tied to.
