			As it seems to have been abandoned or low quality, I have taken over by creating a new page, [[Tactical Layer (EU2012)\|Tactical Layer]]. Various tips&tricks that may be good but not absolutely critical should go in [[Tactics (EU2012)\|Tactics]]. What belongs in Tactical Layer are things that matter for Impossible especially but technically difficulty agnostic. So Impossible stat changes don't belong in Tactical Layer, they go in [[Impossible Difficulty (EU2012)\|Impossible Difficulty]]. Even specific strategies I do not think belongs because someone can have a bias, and it's often the case an "Impossible player" happens to have this one "strategy" work, only due to "having the right circumstances" by restarting the campaign a bunch of times. The reason Tactical Layer should only include things that apply to Impossible is that, as you can see, the Tactics page became a haphazard free for all. The advice isn't solid, nor is there any reasonable filter.
