	I don't think these guns are in fact one-handed at all. I just looked at the accuracy display for dual-wielding and single-wielding Disruptor Guns and it's clearly different. 	Well, that does have to do with the "easy dual-wielding", as both the Lawpistol and Plasma Gun have awful ammunition availability. But the point's taken.
