			: There's no truth in that I'm afraid. Tech level is unlocked by score. Building enforcers have a slightly different tech release schedule from the aliens, but they will still get the cannons and shields as you continue to play the game. [[User:NKF\|NKF]] 22:54, 29 March 2013 (EDT)

			A friend of mine told me that selling your surplus of these makes the other AI organizations ALSO have access to them. Is this true?
