:Are you sure that you didn&amp;#039;t get TU to improve? In real-time mode the TU number is rounded to the nearest 8 to create the Speed stat; this means that an improved soldier may seem to have the same Speed stat during the next mission even if their actual TU has improved. (Loading should be irrelevant if the code dig I saw is correct; what matters is using more Stamina points than your Stamina stat.)
