			...an idea arises with a mod in the openapoc where all human agents would wear a chip matrix that records combat experience,tactic and strategy. And if the agent was dying, then this chip could help androids to pump in certain skills ...

So if your android has TU=77, the game will convert it to Speed=80 and show this as "1% improvement", but it will return to 77 and "0% improvement" after the mission.
