As a scout, they also have better detection than most other troopers which can make it difficult for our own scouts to scope the area without being caught. While not overtly threatening on their own, their high mobility and ability to avoid incoming damage while ignoring reaction fire, combined with high aim and further bonuses when on their own, can make for complications if they reach flanking positions and their improved detection capacity can be a threat to concealed units.

The [[ADVENT Commando (LWOTC)|ADVENT Commando]] can be considered an advanced version of the Scout, serving a similarly slippery role.
