Minor Operations are missions that do not affect the overall storyline of the mission but do offer lots of experience and some extra technology. They also appear to have some storyline relevance but nothing that is major and can be missed if you only play the [[Major Operation (Bureau)|Major Operations]]. Minor Operations tend to revolve around farm maps that are in the middle of nowhere but still has some kind of defence mechanism, like a Nuclear Missile test/control Site.
